The China-UAE Industrial Capacity Cooperation Demonstration Zone Living Service Area is the residential and community support district within the China-UAE Industrial Capacity Cooperation Demonstration Zone.
It was developed to provide accommodation and everyday amenities for employees, engineers, managers, and visitors working in the industrial park.
Rather than serving as a manufacturing or production area, the Living Service Area is designed to support the people who work in the zone by providing a comfortable living and working environment.
